A house prepared
to sell itself.
Before moving to Nevada, I spent three years making deliberate design choices in our home with resale in mind. We painted the walls, refinished the floors, and repainted the kitchen cabinets. When it came time to sell, I styled each room: scaling back, editing down to what was worthy of the space. The house had sat on the market for a year before we bought it. It sold in three days.
