Florida House Case Study A well-maintained Gulf Breeze home, untouched since it was built. Three years of intentional updates later, it had a point of view.
The Challenge
When it was time to sell our Gulf Breeze home, the house had been well maintained but untouched since it was built. The original travertine floors were cracked and worn, with grout nearly gone. The walls were painted a flat beige-brown that felt dated the moment you walked in. One bathroom needed new tile. The cabinets throughout were solid and structurally fine, just stuck in another decade.
The house had strong bones, a great layout, and a location ten minutes from the beach. What it needed wasn't a renovation. It needed a point of view.
